Cancellation Policy

Service fees for mobile bartending are still due upon arrival of the staff at the venue even when the event does not push through for any reason. Service fees are still due payable when the service is completed. Likewise, service fees are still due payable even if you cancel 1 hour or less prior to the scheduled appointment time. Once a phone order or booking has been placed, your payment is non-refundable even if you choose to cancel for any reason or when the mobile bartending staff is already en route to the destination or event venue.
